Man I hate that guy now. I gave him the benefit of a doubt yesterday, but today is a different story:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/09/10/AR2008091003463.html

I can't believe that are still people willing to vote for this guy.

I don't get to call things a clusterfuck much. I think this justifies being labeled as such:

"I'm not interested in third parties getting the most possible votes," Barr told the cameras. "I'm interested in Bob Barr as the nominee for the Libertarian Party getting the most possible votes." In a further insult, Barr said he would permit the vastly more popular Paul to be his vice presidential running mate.

I liked the comments they made about the two parties and the citations of corruption. They certainly made it seem as though, if Barr hadn't thrown his monkey wrench into the works, it would have been a positive article.

On the other hand, three candidates did show up and it could have been a positivie article anyway. Instead we get a major concentration on Barr's revolting revolt and McKinney's cell phone attack on a Capitol cop...

I find it sadly amusing that the Libertarian party's candidate can't stand just how libertarian of a move RP's press conference was. :D

Barr completely missed the point of the press conference. He thought it was going to be all about Ron Paul so he tried to make it all about Bob Barr. I think he succeeded.

Point goes to - Baldwin.

"Instead of promoting all four candidates, Barr said, Paul should have supported him. "

Wow! What an egomaniac! With a head that huge that mustache must really be a squirrel!

Barr can kiss my ass. I never liked him but I was going to hold my nose and vote for the LP. No fucking way now.
