It is as simple as that folks. Throw away the chains of a one party system.

Simple but powerful. That works for me. :)

how does increasing Green ballot access improve liberty?

I couldn't agree more

VOTE 3RD PARTY, DOESN'T MATTER WHO.

I'd vote a 3rd party candidate, not only if they happen to communist or Fascist, but EVEN IF they are a child molester, murderer or rapist.

Given the 2 party false choices we have, I know things can't get worse, I KNOW voting 3rd party won't win anybody anything, but it's the message and point to show that WE THE 3RD PARTY VOTE WASTERS CAN COST YOU AN ELECTION.

a vote for the Green Party is simply saying the two parties don't have enough power and need more.

How again is this a vote for liberty?

Yeah, it's a great image which encapsulates the main idea of using 3rd parties to accelerate change in the political duopoly. Surround and invade the majority parties. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide.

Nader and the Green Party are not for liberty...

I did not say the vote you are casting is for a person for liberty. I said THE VOTE itself is a vote from freeing yourself from a ONE PARTY system.

Sorry I thought that was obvious

Because you're introducing the freedom of competition to the two party duopoly. Even if it's a bad idea.

It is flawed logic.

a vote is a way to stand up and be counted. A vote for the green party platform is a vote to stand up and be counted in the group that wants to tell the current power establishment that they need more power and needs to get bigger.

freedom means having many choices.
I don't care if it's a Communist party or the White Supremacists or Bob Barrf. Everyone should have a voice and be heard.

I like how these are back to back. Such liberty loving people wanting to make everything authoritarian.

I could vote for anyone who stands for the four issues put forth by RP today. That strikes at the heart of evil. The other disagreements are over standard political issues.

Personally I was torn between Barr and Baldwin. I'm leaning more towards Baldwin now.

The biggest step is FREEING the avg American from the THOUGHT he/she only has TWO CHOICES. That is liberty.

Nader and the Green Party are not for liberty...

Yes they are, at least they are for the liberty to COMPETE in an election process.

Yes, I agree not all candidates should be considered serious (like we did in CA recall election). But certain numbers and thresholds are not unreasonable (such as gathering a certain amount of signatures).
