Is there any truth to the third parties accusations that the neither obama or mccain filed by the deadline so they technically cannot be on the ballot? This seems almost impossible, but if it is true I'm sure they will prolly be onthe ballot regardless.

It's true, but I am willing to bet they will be on the ballot anyway.
