Seems to me the point Ron Paul is trying to make here is that we need to vote this year for one of the third party candidates that are on your state's ballot in November. Your choice who that is, but vote third party.

Barr, Baldwin, McKinney, Nader, ....

doesn't matter.

Vote Third Party.

I'll be voting Barr.

funny thing is, I like Nader and may vote for him... he's kinda leftist but he's as real as Ron Paul.

Truth is, you're 100% right that we MUST vote and it MUST NOT be fore McBama.

I agree. I just won't be voting for Barr. If Baldwin was on the AZ ballot he would have my vote. Since he's not I guess I have to vote Nader.

I like nader too,, but I also liked that Chuck Baldwin guy.. "Youre either an American or a globalist."

I like the prospect of the NWO going away if he gets in...

Id be happy with ANYBOY who gets rid of the federal reserve really.

Huh? How doesn't it matter? Barr refused to sign the agreement. I'll wait to see him explain why, but it's not looking too good. If he does not support Ron's principles, I for one will not support him.

The OP is right. We can't do an ounce of good until we learn to and teach people to skip the lesser of evils and vote their consciences. The major parties are controlled. We know how now. We can't overcome them without them having competition!

We have to restore the free market for votes. If this means voting for a socialist like Nader, well? At least he's an honest goddamned socialist, unlike McBama! And it's a case of tell me now how not voting for the two major assholes is a wasted vote, bitch if we can get any third party win! How hard is that?

What I mean is, it doesn't matter which third party. Pick one that represents your principles, and vote for that candidate.

For me, I pick Barr.

The key is the two-fold strategy of the protest vote, and the principled vote.

This can be very huge. Very huge.

Its all about the protest vote at this point. I'd rather think that someone decent has a shot at getting in office, but its not gonna happen. Even if all I do is make the Dems and Reps feel like they have to work harder next time to get my vote, that is something. Screw 'em. I don't expect the next President to serve two terms. We've got till 2012 to rally the troops and unite behind somebody. Meanwhile, let's just hope we can survive McBama by banding together.

WHY did Bob Barr put out a PR saying that he would be there? WHAT'S the real deal on this?

P.S. I will vote for one of the three who had the guts to show up.

Ain't that enough competition? :D

Time to canvas! Get the message out to your neighbors that we have a buffet of Third Party candidates that are pledged to uphold the Constitution. Be it Barr, Balwin, McKinney, Nader, or Paul where available, divert those votes away from McBama and deliver them into clear conscience voting.

He's a write-in candidate in AZ.
