MSM coverage during Ron's speech
FOX has on their screen: Barack Obama expected to address "lipstick on a pig" comment soon
MSNBC-covering hurricane and talking about how the 2 "major" candidates are going to speak this afternoon
CNN:talking about women in foreign politics-How is this more prssing news than the Ron Paul announcement

If he talks about third party I hope he mentions how his comments are being ignored by media already.

Apparently we won't hear it either. A cellphone, WTF? What doofus in the CFL set this up without a way for people to hear it? This does not inspire my faith in the movement.

I wish all these 3rd parties would drop and throw all their support for Baldwin and RP be Baldwin's VP - that way all RP supporters and all 3rd party voters would be supporting one entity. But with basically 4 3rd parties to vote for and RP saying vote for any of them, all those 3rd party votes will be split and there is no way any would have a real chance of beating the rep or dems.

Chuck Baldwin made a good opening in my opinion.

Does it matter? It'll be heard by like two people. The only people interested in this are people who already understand how rotten the system is.

The two major parties won't even respond to this. Why? Because they don't have to! This just feels like an empty gesture that will go nowhere.

Sorry for the pessimism, guys, but I guess it's back to wake people up one at a time. It just takes for-effing-ever!

What a fricken joke. Told you so. I love Ron Paul, but is he going senile? All these third parties will just throw the race for sure to A or B.

I personally am outraged to be set up and played like this!

The point of this is for 3rd party candidates to demand for a chance to debate withe the major parties. It's not what I hoped for, but quite frankly it's what I expected. Ron Paul's not going senile, he's just trying to make the 3rd parties heard without giving up his congretional seat to run himself. At least that's my take on this. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Coincidentally, same thing happened to me last night in a restaurant
Went for take out
Impusivley, I asked a guy who was also waiting for take out if he knew who RP was.

Of course he did not....

This was dissapointing absolutley.
Mr. Baldwin did speak very well however for what its worth.

Yeah, we really need this bull on our forum. Thank you so much for standing up and stepping in when you discovered a dearth of trolls this fine morning.

There are non-conservatives who hate the status quo as much as we do. You may think we don't need their help, but I have news for you. Our enemies have power, money and the biggest, finest goddamned mouthpiece ever conceived in the MSM. Turn your nose up at allies all you want--just don't poison their wells against me.

I'm voting Baldwin. He worked for RP campaign when RP was in the race. And hearing him speak, he sounds like a 3rd party version of RP. And RP is supporting him. So this is the direction I think I will head. I wasn't going to vote at all. But I think I will now.

Wasn't it supposed to air on actual TV? That would give it much more momentum, but unfortunately their voices are still being silenced. Will this show up on Youtube?

EDIT: I think I'm going to be watching RussiaToday again! "We want to give you the coverage the America media isn't." Yep. That's paraphrased, btw.

ARGH!!! :mad::mad::mad:

huh? Why are you surprised? I doubt I could find 1 in 10 here in NC that know who Ron Paul is. His campaign didn't advertise here and he's on the news less than... shoot.. just about anyone.

Will this press conference change anything? Will a third party get in the debates? Will there be nationwide ads for third party candidates? Will there be any way/reason for joe-six-pack voter to hear who the third party candidates are?

Monitored all the NEWS FEEDS, except BBCA...

CNN - Pretty much all the feeds had Obama talking to 20 select elderly people at a library. Break for a few minutes to Thompson then back to Obama.

FOX - News breaks from Obama Library, to pump up on Fred Thompson cheerleading prior to the McLieberman/Panderer ticket coming on stage, via the FOX NEOCONS..

HLN - Headline News covered the Rosie Odonald/what's her face feud over obama, then to the Jonas Brothers Virginity crap then the Oprah Racist crap.

Bloomberg - Lehman brothers disastrous earnings and garage sale, then more Freddie and Fanny Money Pit problems

CNBC - Lehman and Freddie Fannie money problems

Fox Business - Lehman Brothers and Freddie Fannie problems and 3 clowns arguing over speculation of OIL commodities for the runup... yet the morons haven't mentioned the dollar... 6 figure idiots!

There's your:
