Considering how DHS agencies are getting hacked by middle easterners, I wouldn't want the Feds to have my information. It is very insecure.

Chertoff should spend more time on the border areas catching terrorists down there. Just last year during the amnesty debate, he was essentially supporting giving amnesty to people even if they had ties to terrorists.
