Baldwin has no real understanding of economics. I'd have to say if I had to choose between them with a better understanding of the subject it'd be Barr. Just remember, Baldwin has degrees in Bible studies and Theology....that's not exactly useful knowledge in the real world unless you're telling someone how to run their life.
