I definitely was a hippy when I was younger, long hair and all. I may not look like it anymore, but I still think like it. One thing that I am not anymore is a Democrat since Ron Paul gave me something better to believe in.

Exactly. That was well said. We want to do good, and we see good in ourselves. We may come from families that share like true communists, and we may think that because of that we can make the world good.

Well, now that my eyes are open, I prefer free market minarchy government and a communist family structure among my relatives and willing participants. The government needs to get out of the way and let people take care of their own.
