It's funny how in an article called "Grass roots vs. cash in Texas GOP" they talk about how Duncan Hunter's connection with voters exists despite him not being a media darling but they totally ignore Paul's much stronger grass roots base. How many mentions of Ron Paul in that article? One, and that was just to say that he would be showing up for the straw poll.

....the media blackout continues

I'm happy to see Hunter get some press.

Hunter has a grassroots base? I thought I read there were like 5 Hunter people at the Texas straw poll that appeared to be paid staffers?

I think this was done to help hunter in the debates:

Giullaini, Romney, McCain get time because they are front runners.
Hunter, Huckabee, Brownback will get more time because they finished well in these 2 polls.

The only man out is Ron Paul who'll get his usual 2 minutes answering a question for the 50th time about the Iraq war

I would have much rather had Tancredo get some press. To bad Gilmore dropped out, I liked him more than the others as well. (Except for RP of course)

Ron Paul and his supporters are just like dandelions - no matter how hard the GOP and mainstream media try to get rid of us we just keep growing and growing and growing and growing....
