I can get most of any given youtube video to play, but then my browser crashes toward the end. If I try again, the browser crashes as soon as the video even tries to play, and after that I usually can't get the browser to open again unless I restart my computer. This goes for both firefox and IE. It started at about a week ago without any conceivable cause.

To get the browser to open again after a crash, go into Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) and end the sessions that belong to Firefox. To my knowledge, this isn't possible with IE. That's because it's basically Windows Explorer, which would bring down a crucial part of the system.

Have you tried basic system maintenance? Defragmenting, scanning for viruses and spyware, etc? If not, try that now. Is so, download and install Spybot Search & Destroy and scan with that. It gets rid of ALL spyware.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your router.
