Hi,

In all honesty, I think Bruce lost this one; he just didn't come across as very persuasive and on point.

Judge Andrew Napolitano has been more poignant on the topic of civil liberties, in my opinion. (See: http://reason.tv/video/show/178.html).

As a sidenote, does anybody have the old Ron Paul Radio interview of Mr. Napolitano saved to their hard drive? I would appreciate a copy, if so.
