best bet is to attend a local GOP meeting and see if they have access to this information.

Voter registration files are public records. All changes of address, name, or party affiliation must be recorded and maintained by the office.
Any voter, who is unable to go to the polls due to illness, physical disability or because they will be out of the county, may vote by absentee ballot. Applications for absentee ballots may be made fifty (50) days prior to the election, but no later than seven (7) days before an election.
Voter registration closes thirty (30) days prior to a primary election and opens the day after the primary election. Registration closes thirty (30) days prior to the general election in November and opens the day after the general election.

No problem. Your Meetup group in Erie may already have that info, too. I wouldn't expect a reply back until after Labor Day. Typically I like to give people a call---more immediate results.

Not sure about party registration info, but every state is required to keep a central database of all voters. You can request it from the state auditor.

just go door to door...and grab some voter registration cards for people who are not registered republican
