A Canadian Pauler shot video of this event, and there appears to be an entire company of riot police. His report is that the protesters were Vegans for Peace, and the media, even the Internet, is horribly under reporting this.

in the video, I saw 300 riot cops corral and detain 200 citizens in order to affect the arrests.

Maybe we ought to be distributing "Blowback" by Chalmers instead of Manifesto books...

not a bad idea.

hell we should just get a list of all the audio torrents legal or not and then get a page up with all of them linked there.

kind of a "Wake them all up" for free effort...

not that I dig torrents BUT we are playing on an uneven and unfair battlefield here......

That'd break forum guidelines and laws (admin here always respect laws and love the government. Hi, DHS ... http://www.geocities.com/viscountgalen/us-flag1-ss.gif)And posting illegal torrents via link on these forums was already tried before by another member which stirred up an Objectivist enough to start writing the publishers.

not through this forum at all, like I said, I am against torrents myself. Maybe if there is a way to get legal copies offered on a site that plays the audio versions and or video. Some authors might be fine with that if it is FOR something productive. Information is a great thing nowadays BUT many won't pay for it anymore.

Even linking violates forum guidelines.

+ No promotion of illegal activities.

Linking to illegal torrents was found delete-able under the Supreme Moderation ruling in RPFs vs. JTL

lol NOT even mentioned within this damn forum is my point.

not everything that we do needs to go through this forum. I hope many projects and efforts are going on very independent of this forum because if "this" is the revolution then we are in trouble.

Uh.... NO. That would not be a good idea. If you want to do something like this, get permission from the author.

Hope not, we have big American flags waving and nothing but the deepest gratitude toward government employees.

I'm very grateful that the IRS does everything in its power to prevent fraud.

Thank you, government.

So linking to google is a crime? ;)

I'm not advocating anyone break the law or the forum guidelines. Just pointing out how silly that law is.
