The point is not neccessarily that Biden knew about the attacks, but it does show how high up he is in the organization, so to speak.. Tenet, the head of the CIA also attended meetings with this individual.

But also it is good this is coming out because it is further corroboration of the US's current relationship with the Pakistani ISI, who according to the FBI and the WSJ sent $100,000 to Atta just weeks before the attacks.

When you tell most people that the head of the CIA and Biden met with the primary financier of 9/11, on 9/11, they tend to not believe you.. but when you can show them a video of them admitting they were at the meeting it might wake them up a little.

Yes- he is high up. He is head of the Senate Foreign Relations committee- in th organization known as the US Senate. He was telling them he did not like what they were doing and telling them to help the US against Al Queda. He was not supporting or sympathizing with them at all. The headline imples that he was.
