4409 Arrested - Toe Broken!

The videographer 4409 is a reporter for Freedom's Pheonix, a webzine many will recognize as the publishing house of R[3vol]lution originator Ernest Hancock. 4409 was arrested last night while filming a protest of radar camera vans in Scottsdale, AZ. He was brought before a judge twice this morning on charges of "refusing to provide truthful name" and released OR.

However, the Scottsdale police had not had their fill, so they broke his toe and brought him before another judge alleging "obstructing government operations". He was, again, ordered released OR and finally was released from custody this evening at 5:15 pm.

That took some serious balls Ernest is a true patiot. I am sure this will only make his resolve that much stronger. Is he the originator of the Revolution graphics? I know it is someone from AZ.

damnit i love ernie, we hung out in NH, and when he saw my tattoo he had this look on his face like it was the proudest moment of his life :)

for those of you who don't know, ill give you a brief recap of what ernie did, JUST in NH (not to mention everywhere else all over this country) for RP....

ernie came all the way from arizona with a CREW full of people, he set up shop in some cabins, and ran a banner making FACTORY, yes thats right folks, ernie and his crew (josh was there too) made hundreds of banners out of this really awesome material (not tyvek) that didn't tear and was so easy to put up... not only that but the designs for these banners were awesome, some of them had ron pauls face on them in perfect detail. He organized dozens of groups of people to disperse all throughout the city and put these banners up... he funded a lot of stuff for this movement, and really helped us a lot in NH during OLFD.

I post 4409's videos on Ron Paul forums all the time because I think his videos spell out what we are all thinking but in a unigue way.

I appreciate how this man stood up to those idiots and would not submit to fingerprints, mugshots, or giving his name.

I heard he was held by 4 officers and then they tortured him by crushing his foot in order to get what they desired.
