Any state with more votes for Ron Paul than John McCain will be pushed to not vote, just like California which had more votes for Clinton than Obama passed.

It may be the case on their side, but on our side it will all be about covering up the real extent of Ron Paul's support.

The Hillary supporters outnumbered the Obama supporters, so they got California to pass on voting at all.

California always does that because they want to be able to put their guy over the top. Illinois passed because the tradition is for the home state to put the candidate over the top.
