I just found out today, that Barack Obama's top foreign policy advisor (and thus, the person most likely to be appointed his Secretary of State) is a woman who looks surprisingly like our current Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

Her name? Susan E. Rice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_E._Rice).

They're not related.

Obviously their skin tone is similar, they both have very similar Nubian style noses, they have very similar builds, weight, mannerisms, they're close in age...

Their fashion is not too different as well.

Susan's face is more narrow, and she does seem to do her hair differently (although still not very differently).

I also think the Rices do look similar. Obviously they aren't twins, but as far as major characteristics.. and combine that with a same last name and the fact that she just popped up out of nowhere.. I think it's pretty weird.
