McCain is such a douche bag!

Agreed. Recall that he got 'free' ballot access for accepting matching funds-- matching funds he later rejected.

getting sued and actually losing the case are two separate things though...

We can all get sued even if the case falls through.

Everyone in America is sue happy and this doesn't really suprise me.

Hell those damn grannies were/are sueing ron paul for quitting the race so I wouldn't put it past fuckin mccain either.

Everyone who gets in a car accident immediately sees $$$$$$$$$ including odds are all of us in here..

Sue Happy America, it really is the American way.

I live in PA. I just received a letter from the RNC asking for a donation. I am going to print this out and send it to them in the business reply envelope, along with a note telling them that if they do this, I will vote for Obama.

Ow...That'll get under their skin. (I'm hoping you don't actually go and vote for Obama in any case, though!)

McCain is such a douche bag!

So is Obama...who you are voting for if I recall correctly ;)

The funniest thing of all is that McCain was the one whining about being excluded from the ballot in New Yorks' Republican primary in 2000. What a damned tool!

He probably doesn't even know his people are sueing. He's just a cog in the neoconservative war machine.

No, you don't recall correctly. I do remember that you had a severe reading comprehension problem though, so that probably explains much of your confusion.

Is McCain a total A-hole, or what?

That was the young(er) "maverick" McCain, before he permanently inserted his nose up Bush's rectum and became nothing more than a symbol of FOUR MORE YEARS!

Kinda like how he didn't know he sued his ex-wife (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080816/ap_on_el_pr/mccain_old_lawsuits) after he left her.

McCain cheats on his sick wife with an heiress worth hundreds of millions, dumps her, abandons his children, then sues the first wife for "a "Butlers Tray for Liquor" she valued at $225"? Sounds vindictive and a-holish to the extreme.

Maybe thats why they call him "McNasty"?

Keep pushing those "Republican family values" that you so obviously don't follow in your own life.

To call McCain a mere "tool" is a gross understatement- I've seen winos urinating in the street with more class than John McCain has!
