To paraphrase, Jesus told two Jewish fellows who asked him to do cool miracles that they could say or do anything to Him as the Son of man and they would be forgiven. Their offense wasn't against Him but against the Holy Spirit who was the embodiment of the pathetic slaves around him. By Jewish law, the Jewish people treated the Gentiles as dogs not associating with them or allowing them into their temples.
Sorry, I'm just looking at that characterization of Jesus you posted and juxtaposing it with the real reality of who Christ was. One could spit in the face of Christ and be forgiven. Failure to acknowledge the lowly slaves around Christ, in His eyes, was the only unforgiveable offense.
