what happens if we get a dead person on the ballot, does it count? maybe we can run george washington. get george washington ballot access. he sure wont have a problem with name recognition. lets called it the party of the dead [pod]. run john adams for congress. samuel adams for senate. thomas jefferson for state senate. jfk for senate... ha

i believe a dead person has been on a ballot and gotten votes some time ago... but that was since he died a short bit before the election -- i think ... but sounds like an awesome idea since there is no requirement in the constitution for a person to be alive to run for president...

All positions in the US Congress & Senate should be filled by dead people.

Most problems would be solved then. :)
