With all the recent news concerning the Rally for the Republic, we don’t want you to forget about the Ron Paul Nation Celebration taking place Monday night, September 1st. This special concert features several of Ron Paul’s supportive musicians from the primary season, and is 100% free of charge!
Marc Scibilia (”Hope Anthem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jClDXAv7BUM)“), Aimee Allen (”Ron Paul Revolution Theme Song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBCKMTo210k)“), and Rick Ellis (Frank Sinatra impersonator extraordinaire who remade “New York, New York” as “Ron Paul, Ron Paul (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yBw5mmy_ho)“) will be performing at the Blaine National Sports Center Stadium (http://www.nscsports.org/facilities/stadium/index.htm). Country star Rockie Lynne (http://www.rockielynne.com/) will be headlining. (You can find the campaign video where Rockie describes how he found out about Dr. Paul here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGY-pNQ5aWA). Like so many, he Googled him!) The program will run will from 6pm - 10:30pm, and will be capped off with a special appearance by Dr. Paul.
This event is a thank you from us to all of Dr. Paul’s supporters who worked so hard during the primary season. It will be a time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the wide variety of music as well as the company of your fellow liberty enthusiasts as we all look forward to the Rally for the Republic the next day.
Former MTV VJ Adam Curry, originally scheduled to be the emcee, is unable to make it, so we’re proud to have Republican congressional candidate B.J. Lawson as the emcee for the night.
Here’s the official schedule:
6 PM - Intro: B.J. Lawson
6:10 - National Anthem: Eric Richards
6:15 PM - Rick Ellis
7 PM - Marc Scibilia
7:45 PM - Aimee Allen
8:50 PM - Rocky Lynne
10 PM Dr. Ron Paul
We look forward to seeing you there!
