I just stumbled upon this myself and saw someone here beat me to the punch. While this is overall a great thing I wonder why this "LIBERTARIAN" commented as follows.

"They forge their own intellectual world to find the obscure, unusual sources of information that lead them to obscure, unusual candidates like Ron Paul," said Brian Doherty, a columnist for the libertarian magazine Reason.

The word obscure has several meanings and the most common would be "not clear". I'm sure he meant to use the word to mean "unnoticed". I wish he chose his words better and not leaving THEM so obscure.

It's a step in the right direction, I only wish they pointed out that he did do well wherever he spoke. Of course they used the lesser percentage of the nation as a whole, well heck, he's obscure.

I'm happy.

Of course this is a holiday weekend, and the usual editors (suspects) are out of the office. It appears some people at AP and Yahoo took this opportunity to bypass their biased editors and colleagues...
