That's pretty cool. It looks like the reserve is a bit under $86K.
I think this would mesh well with the Factor E farm concept. Especially with the free electricity. I wonder how much gas is in there...

per year for life. At 10 bucks per 1,000 cubic feet its like a 2,000 dollar kicker per year or enough to run a house on gas for the year. At least thats how I read it. I could be way off though. Any experts, please comment.
