If Don's prediction is correct, and Minnesota's Sara Evans fanbase is snapping up the remaining 3k seats..

(about 100 tix sold since the Sara Evans announcement, much more coverage yet to come)

When they find out she goes on late in the day, they won't be there for most of the rally, thus 3k empty Target Center seats for most of the Rally.

Won't play the best on any national TV coverage, or newspaper photos...

That's correct, the less public info on who gets the stage when, the better.

It already is public.

BTW, it is more like about 4000 seats left.

Correct, there will be NO national media attention for this event other than to ridicule it.

That's an assumption without evidence.

They might come early to get a better seat, get exposed to some good information and come away enlightened.;)

Yea, I'm sure CFL is in full control of Sara Evans PR machine

And, if the 3k Sara fans start chanting "SARA, SARA" at 4pm, 11k of us will just drown them out with "RON PAUL"

I'm sure the MSM would like to focus on the maybe four thousand empty seats, but:

1. The Excel Center will have more empty seats, and they don't want anyone comparing,

2. and four thousand empty seats means ten thousand full ones.

Big announcement and it is Sara who? I could care less, but they did say it was a BIG announcement.

I think this whole week will be big announcements, actually. The Target Center web site says that there will be TWO (http://www.targetcenter.com/default.asp?targetcenter=87&objId=496) internationally known stars.

Don't confuse complaining with raising issues in the interest of having the best possible Rally

NO shit lol...

they are everywhere these days.

Everyone was hoping for Elvis and Tupac to play as the "Secret performers' or something lol.

Realize what we are working with here people and be happy...

If there are 3-4 thousand empty seats all we have to do is stand with a wide stance to "fill in the gaps" lol :D

C-Span. Well the book club viewers are in for a treat.

Ok, i know I'm being negative. I just worry that people think the CFL having a rally is going to change anything. I'm glad if it is a true kickoff event and they have a real program or agenda- im worried its just gonna be a rally.

If you're wrong about this, come out and admit it afterward. The media would be insane not to cover this. They hate McCain, and anything that will cause him grief they'll be happy to cover. The Associated Press has assigned someone to the Rally for the whole day, as have other news agencies.

Why do you think the media was so interested in covering Pat Buchanan in 1992? Because they liked him? No, because he was giving the Republican Party grief.

ole Buchanan gives many grief on either side right now because he's still CONSERVATIVE...Anybody remember the salad dressing/Cesar Chavez birthday incident a few years ago? Totally uncalled for.

Too funny.

Keep shitting on the educated, and they will keep throwing food. The parties will have to execute every liberal in this country before the dissent is finally silenced. Idiots have ruled this country in the last few years, and it isn't getting any better. I imagine by that point, it won't be food anymore that they are lobbing...

Last FEW years? It's been a lot longer than that, Kade. 'Ol Commie Clinton and wife immediately come to mind.

I was too young to really make a definitive case... I know even as a single parent household, we did fairly well after a few years of Clinton, and it was a good time for culture, music, progress... I look back on the 90s favorably.

But that might just be me. I know many Conservatives like to pin 9-11, (which happened during a one party in all branches rule) on Clinton.
