I am making a list of certain gov't entities and laws.
I know what they are but I can't figure out exactly what
some of them do.
Do you guys know exactly how the FCIC works?
They are:
DHS, FED, NATO, NCLB, USAPATRIOT, and the FDIC.
Can anyone give tell me how they work?
