This time Obama is joining in the fun. According to the Barr campaign, this 'candidate forum' Obama and McCain are having tomorrow violates McCain's campaign finance law.
The Barr camp claims that because this forum never had qualifications for a candidate to be eligible to participate, the church is favoring candidates over others with a non-monetary campaign contribution in the form of hosting the event.
Of course the judge turned down Barr's legal challenge.
