I am willing to pick up tents and deliver to Ronstock if you need to rent a tent.

Rates are very reasonable.

You will need to rent from the 29th to the 3rd.

Reserve early, as a lot of "protesters" are coming to town. They still have good availability.

Wow, this sounds great.

Have you ever used this service before (tents are in good shape, etc.)? It looks like it would be about $20 for the whole event?

No, I have never used them before. Call them and ask, they close in 18 minutes.

I asked them about your situation. They would need liability insurance and a cleaning fee in advance. Sorry.

I've got an extra tent thats only been used once- I'll undercut the rental place by $5.

Can I persuade you to bring your tents without charging anyone?

People availing themselves to Ronstock are on a budget, otherwise they would get a hotel room.

Paul, the farmer, is letting us use his property for free. Paul has neighbors will to let us use their equipment. Kenny, Eric and myself are not charging for setting this up.

I am not charging for my time to look into transportation , tents, etc. I will be building showers and driving down with them on my trailer and help setting up. I offer to pick up and deliver tents. I will set up wireless Internet access. I am arraigning speakers and participants. Electricity and water.

I am not charging for any of this and neither is anyone else who has volunteered.

Any money not used to cover expenses is being donated to the CFL.

Extra tents would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Damn it, there goes my chance to make beer money.

I found the tent, but haven't found the stakes yet. I know they're around here somewhere- I'll dig them out this weekend.

I was going to say something similar... It's about time for tents to start going on clearance at stores like Walmart and Target. I'll keep my eye open and post back if I see anything. I've seen real nice tents on clearance at Target for $15 in the past.

Cheaper isn't always better. If it tears apart the first time you use it or lets rain in then it isn't much good.

If someone is just looking for a tent to last a few days while attending the CFL events, this one should be fine- maybe not great for someone who is a heavy user, though.
