With this recent Georgia-Russian conflict and the way our media is reporting with such bias it's really become quite blatantly obvious how biased our media really is. I mean, sure, there's always disagreement between views, speculation, conspiracies... but this is definitive proof. FOX is controlled by the Bush Administration as MSNBC reported, the media is obviously and clearly, without a doubt, biased and controlling... this isn't speculation anymore. This is clear proof. We have become what we feared back in the seventies with the USSR. With Obama, or McCain, we will become a Socialist nation, officially. And then we can really call ourselves the USSA. Our media is controlled like the USSR. We are an imperialist Socialist world power. The tables have turned and we're exactly like the USSR, whereas Russia is the opposite.

So I'm going to make a prediction. In the next few weeks we're going to have the start of WWIII. We have a blockade against Iran with Israel, and we're likely getting ready to attack them with the Olympics going on. We have a genocidal nation being Georgia which we're backing. We and Israel will attack Iran, and/or get involved in this conflict. And Russia and Iran will retaliate. In all honesty, I don't see why people aren't all ready fleeing the US. I don't. I don't understand it.

What blockade of Iran are you talking about? There is none. There are some economic sanctions- which have been in place for a while, but no blockade.

At least a world war would end the boredom and the fears about a world war breaking out. I don't think the powers that be are very interested in global conflict though, but they sure seem to take delight in keeping us busy thinking about these potential conflicts.

Correspondence with Current Events
Many Christian scholars see a correspondence between the details of Ezekiel's prophecy and current events concerning Israel and the Middle East. They consider the return of the Jews to Israel, the re-establishment of the state of Israel in 1948, and the ongoing Arab-Israeli conflict as developments which are pointing toward the soon fulfillment of Ezkiel 38-39. More specifically, the anti-Israel rhetoric of the government of Iran (called "Persia" until 1935 and identified in Ezekiel 38:5 as one of the countries that will attack Israel) and the alliance forming between Russia and Iran are also considered by many scholars to match Ezekiel's prophecy.[1]

One notable scholar who views it this way is Joel C. Rosenberg (not to be confused with Joel Rosenberg science fiction writer), aide to the former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and New York Times Best Seller List author of fictional Bible prophecy novels such as The Ezekiel Option.
