Hi Everyone,

WHEW! Our efforts here in Colorado are finally yielding comparable results. The news about Sean Doherty becoming an alternate seems to have put us on the upswing!

Our own George Lilly and John Swiontek will make the fall GOTV worth the effort. In November, George will be competing for the U.S. CD 1 seat against Dianna Degette (Dem), and Martin Buchanan (Lib). JJ won for State Rep. District 5. Go here and scroll down to see the details of their wins!

Good job! Don't let the presence of both Ron Paul Republican and LP candidates split the vote, though.

highly doubt the LP will drop out, it is about their party ,it goes back to my rant about a unified platform, instead of 3 marginalized movements lp/cp/RPRepublicans....

Yeah. Been voting LP for a long time, myself. I'm coming to the point where I realize that Dr. Paul was probably right, though. To go into an existing organization with (deserved or undeserved) esprit de corps is to hit the ground running.

I do hope LP pride doesn't cost the liberty movement too many elections. 'Tis a pity if the G.O.P. reformers have to step on their toes or vice versa. This would be a serious anchor and a real setback to our cause.

Nice.

But half of those people ran unopposed for state senate. Some of them didn't even have candidates.

Is it like that in every state?

Maybe I should run. :D
