1 and 3 would be illegal under Heller.

2 would also be a next to impossible task.

4 has already been done under Bush/Clinton

5 is possible. The antis call JHP hunting cartridges, "armor piercing terrorist, cop killer bullets".

6 might also be illegal under Heller.

7 I agree with. When someone is released and has served their time, they should have all their rights restored.

8 is also possible. I don't know how that would play out vis. Heller either.

9 I can also see happening. A national "permit" to exercise your rights is certainly the direction the country is heading.

If this is indeed true, then it only vindicates the fact that Obama is truly a Marxist, in line with Plank #4 of the Communist Manifesto:
