I know most have probably seen this by now, but it looks like someone slipped this one by Google. The entire movie "The Network" from 1976, which portrays the blatent truth about corporate media, is available on google. For your convenience, I have embedded it here:

yeh, the content was very good. some of the dialogue was great.
the overall directing and production sucked. the story line at the end sucked.

A definite candidate for a remake. I'd change the script to fit more today.

I would love to see a remake if Steven Fry were involved in some way, shape, or form. It would be glorious.

I ordered the anniversary DVD after seeing that clip so many times.

Still a great movie, but as others noted, a weak ending and, of course, being done in the mid 70s, dated as well.

Note to the Wachovski brothers; REMAKE!:cool:
