This is urgent for the delegate process, I'll tell you guys how I'm involved later, but now I just need to send 3 files to someone. The biggest one is under 41 MB. I tried email before, but it was loading for an hour and nothing. What should I do? Quick!

You shouldn't have trouble mailing a file of that size, unless you are on a dial-up line. If you have a high speed connection, try it again.

Its probably the ISP or email company stopping you. Not your DSL.

Do what they said above

MediaFire.com (http://www.mediafire.com/) is one my favourites, but if you'd like the option to delete uploaded files, sign up and use Sendspace.com (http://sendspace.com/). Also, MediaFire/YouSendIt's single file size maximum is 100MB but Sendspace's is 300MB.

ETA: You can also install the Sendspace Wizard (http://sendspace.com/download_wizard.html) to resume broken uploads.

try compressing in PS to get a reasonable size, if not done already.
