They turned in the signatures to get him on the ballot before the convention. This stinks really bad and will hurt the LP a lot. There will probably end up being 2 LP names on the ballot. I would be really really mad if for some reason he ended up the only LP name and Barr couldn't get on because of this. If he wants to continue running he should have to go as an independent.

Something similar happened in 2000 when L. Neil Smith became the LP Arizona candidate on the ballot, and Harry Browne had to get on as an independent.

Perhaps there will be two LP candidates in NH?

But is he running as an independent? Because he doesn't have the LP nomination! Wow... what a soar loser!

No he is running as a LP even though he didn't get the nomination.

This won't happen where they didn't get signatures and IIRC, there's only one other state they went for signatures in...

How's that possible though? Wouldn't the LP....... not approve?
