Folks this could be the beginning of something good in this whole mess going down. IMO, this should be organized nationwide, done legally and and be an ongoing thing.

This is on DIGG, DIGG it and then click on title and read the rest.

They still couldn't get to him. The thugs that protect these criminals probably work for one of the mercenary outfits and trust me they will hurt you if you get too close. Good for those folks.

o alapoet, 2 hr 47 min ago, -1/+15"Court" used in this context is synonym for "judge."

Get over yourself.
+ sportsstar67, 57 minutes ago, -3/+1This is NOT the job of a judge either..The Judge needs to get over himself !!
o kemp34, 2 hr 41 min ago, -1/+12So you are against the Constitutional congressional subpoena??

Mr. SS you are an anti-American clown.

Is your computer located in Karl Rove's office?
+ sportsstar67, 58 minutes ago, -2/+1A judge is supposed to try a case and come up with a verdict..Not impose his political views on a case..isn't that exactly what you're accusing Bush Administration judges of doing ???
+ caferrell, 11 minutes ago, -0/+1No, the judge is giving his opinion that he considers that an indictment against Rove is justified. The ensuing trial would determine whether Mr. Rove is guilty or if he should go free.

This is one of the things that judges are paid to do. They decide whether there is evidence sufficient for a trial.

However, for a neocon troll, the very idea that the Washington elite will ever have to answer to a judge is ridiculous and wrong. After all they are the masters and we should gaze up at them in awe of their power. /s

if these people are found to have been within their rights to "arrest" rove than would the police who arrested them be guilty of obstructing justice?

The concept of a citizen's arrest is an old an well established principle in our laws and, with differences, is recognized among the states. What these people did was *not* against the law. They tried to hide nothing. They tried to evade nothing. As the judge said "It's about time" !

You cannot perform a citizens arrest for War crimes. You can only perform citizens arrests for felonies that you have yourself witnessed, and the "war crimes" that progressives have blamed on Rove are not felonies to be prosecuted by any of the state governments. Therefore, you have no right to arrest Rove in any way, shape, or form.
Federal statutes govern the prosecution of Federal officials, and as such, you are not a citizen of the Federal government, you are citizen of the state you live in.

You also have no standing in Federal court to bring charges of War crimes against Rove, or any other Federal official. The courts will throw out your charges because you have no standing.

If you have a just grievance, bring your evidence to the FBI, or to the DOJ for referral for prosecution. Otherwise, this is just vigilatism, and the courts will come down on you hard for it.
