Quick question

Does anyone know where I can find the Ron Paul quote about how much each citizen owes in taxes to cover the debt? It's like 170,000$ or something, but I can't remember enough of the quote (or exact enough ) to find it in google or ronpaullibrary (where there's over 110 speeches to sift through). Any help would be nice. I think I saw it in a video, but can't remember.

It's more than 9 trillion. You have to figure in all the benefits that the government has promised to all the citizens. That puts us at about 70 trillion. So that puts 300 million Americans in debt to the Federal Govt at almost $250,000.
