Hundreds of people working in the military, government and education are on a list of almost 10,000 people who spent $7.3 million buying phony and counterfeit high school and college degrees from a Spokane diploma mill.

Heh we had over 30 people in our unit of over 500 people who got caught doing something like this.

One dude was absolutely retarded. He only had 4 years in the army, and he'd max army education and somehow got a PhD. Of course they investigated him, and he got punished.

They took rank and pay from him, not sure about extra duty.

FYI, military punishments are the worst. If you get caught doing something wrong (say DUI), they'll take your rank (anywhere from $200-500$ difference inydemotion), take half your pay for 45 days, and put you on extra duty for 45 days. So for 45 days, during work days, u work from 9-5 your normal job, then 6 PM-11PM on weekdays. On weekends u work from 9 AM-10PM. Its dumb stuff they make you do too. Example, there will be a rock pit in front of your area, and they will want you to remove any rock larger than a certain size. So you'll spend hours picking at rocks.

Have to say, I'll never have to deal with it.
