Breaking update! :) Tickets are now available! We already have 8 candidates who have indicated they are interested in the straw poll, getting donations up will assure more...

Our broadcast team will be announced soon- I will say I am very excited about who is on it, certainly some names that will be recognized. :)

Just donate $10 for freedom that goes to the winner(s):

Also- I need some help on an e-mail to the masses. Below is what I have, seems OK but I know it can be much better- I'm no marketing expert and that's what I need! Please help!

Just an FYI, but we're keeping all campaigns involvement private (until the final seven are selected) unless they give us a bio to put on the web page then we do that. That said, the more any campaign hears about it the more campaigns well participate- certainly a good donation total will help too. :)

Any suggestions on this? :)

Awesome idea, thanks for all the work you've done with this Bryan. I'm glad we have so many candidates running, and I can't wait to hear them speak.

The bigger this is the more money goes to a great candidate....I'm in.

Excellent- thanks! For sure this event can self feed on itself once it takes root. I'm glad to help and do whatever I can (and them some :)).

Certainly the key at this point is to spread the word! Who can help? I've got it posted on:

http://www.dailypaul.com/node/56729
http://www.jbsforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=74

I've got it scheduled on a meet-up:
http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1655/calendar/8451225/

I sent out a bulletin on my MySpace.com
I sent out a max allowed Facebook invites to the LSP Cause:
http://apps.new.facebook.com/causes/103254

Can anyone help? This is key!

Sent out another MySpace bulletin, saw RPH did too. :) Going to get more e-mail out...

Thanks everyone!

I wish these people the best but I'm not too sure about this lineup
- Benoit and Wieder are on the libertarian ticket
- Germond is running against an incumbent and has a crappy website
- Goldthorpe already lost her primary
- Darryl Perry is not even on the ballot.

It seems like the only candidate with hope is Steven Vasquez who is running in an open seat.
It's too bad more promising candidates aren't on this such as Lawson, Conley, and others who won primaries
anyway good luck

There are others who are interested in but have not yet sent in what is needed to be listed- we're also trying to get more.

Only the top seven who have the best chance to win their race will make it to the straw poll, we've got a independent review team set up to determine them.

Otherwise, yes, we need to raise the kitty to show the other candidates we're serious about getting Dr. Paul some new back-up in Congress- why I'm doing a ticket drive today. :) Candidate deadine is the 20th so time is short.

Thanks!
