After some thought, I've decided to keep rule #12. While rule #1 is enough (Hate is un-American) in regards to answering media questions about prejudice, individually speaking, I do feel as if rule 12 is necessary as a safeguard, socially speaking. Rule #12 is just a way to back oneself up and we know how smart it is to have a backup system.
Rule 13 just proclaims the truth while it has no intentions of manipulating events in any fashion as a result. While the truth alone should suffice, any further elaboration to implement change will cause unfavorable consequences from tyranny as a result. Besides, as we know all know how government works at solving problems, this would amount to creating a tax to rid oneself of the tax system.

Rule #1. Hate is un-American.

Rule #2. Never blame the people.

Rule #3. Never use the political spectrum as a playing field to bicker about politics.

Rule #4. Never give an interview with the media that isn't spontaneous, unedited and unrehearsed.

Rule #5. The singular Civil Purpose of the Constitution should supercede all legal precedence outside of it.

Rule #6. As law abiding American citizens, our characters should prefer imprisonment, torture, death and the fragrance of an outhouse to the tyranny of a courtroom.

Rule #7. As a winning political campaign is a victory for tyranny, establishing a bipartisan American Movement is a victory for the people.

Rule #8. False American Movements fail to implement fresh measures towards the reconsecration of the Civil Purpose while they dig up obsolete legal precedence from the past to implement.

Rule #9. The people must own the purse. So, the debt of the people should not be burdened with any legal counterfeit created by foreign or domestic tyrannies.

Rule #10. As legal lobbying on the Federal level benefits the rule of tyranny, the civil invention created on the local level benefits the rule of the people.

Rule #11. There are 3 kinds of people: those with feeble minds who persecute people, those with immature minds who laugh about persecution, and those with the kinds of sober minds that get persecuted. To be an American is always to be the latter.

Rule #12. At all times, never use the N word while avoiding discussing matters dealing with Jewish people altogether.

New Rule #13. If the truth will set us free; or, if the power of the proclaimed self-evident truths is greater than the power of manipulative tyranny, then it is true that taxes are created with the intentions of benefitting some while cheating others.

Good new Rule. Taxes are always a form of theft. It makes one ponder if any government could survive off voluntary donations.

We already survive in enormous debt. This is why no tax is the best flat tax. Having no tax is the method of keeping people from cheating or the government from creating "clauses."
Washington DC is becoming a new city-state for a new Roman Empire. Those in power in this new Washington DC Empire don't need money because they have the ability to implement policies that will reinvent slavery a thousand different ways if necessary.

This Empire is crumbling just like the Romans. History really does go full circle. Next empire, China! Be ready, they will have their rule.
