Would you be willing to be a juror to examine every aspect of this case closely in order to render a just verdict? lol

Iowa case raises question: Is stripping an art?

DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowa doesn't have any all-nude strip clubs — but it does have performing arts centers where women dance naked.

However, the loophole in the state's public indecent exposure law that allows nude dancing at "art centers" is under attack in the small community of Hamburg, a town of 1,200 just across the Missouri River from Nebraska.

When done properly by the right woman, it is the most beautiful form of art I've ever seen. It is the only type of artwork I'm inclined to pay for, and the really cool thing is that it generally only costs a dollar.;)

One person's trash is another person's treasure.
Art is subjective. There is little difference between nude art and porn.

this story makes no sense - all nude stripping is allowed in Iowa, we have many, many such establishments.

the only law is you can't server alcohol and have to bring your own in.

So yeah, can't someone be naked on their own property without the government stepping in to tell them "no"? Or be naked on someone else's property where that someone else who owns the property says it's ok?

I see no need to make a case out of this.
