Thank you all for all the nice comments! This thing has really taken on a life of its own and has even made it onto Lew Rockwell (so I have heard). I was emailed by someone at youtube that asked me if I would consider being a member here. As it turns out, I already am. I have joined so many Ron Paul sites, it is kind of difficult to keep track of all of them. I have shared a high quality version of the file via torrent. This version has the website address flash for longer at the end, as requested by many people.
I want you all to know that, though I am extremely busy most of the time (three kids and all), I would be happy to help with any project that you all have in mind.
The response to this video has literally been overwhelming. I have received over 500 emails and two job offers! We all know how huge Dr. Paul's support is online, but when you get to experience it first hand, it is truly amazing and encouraging!

Danny! I am so glad you posted. I am one of the one the people who wrote to you (through Youtube). I've shared the video, which I found posted on Godlikeproductions (GLP). Everyone is blown away by it. This is the best RP video I've seen.
Bravo!

Hm...I'm surprised that no one at all is seeding it.

I am showing 3 seeds right now. I will seed it all weekend and longer. I only have 1 mb up here plus I am running an exchange server, so speed is limited until people start seeding it. It has only been downloaded about 4 times I think, but I have had several requests, so it may be that people just haven't done it yet.

I'd certainly seed it...if I could find it. Mininova reports 0 seeds, 0 leechers. I found the identical torrent file at Meganova, which reports 6 seeds--but I certainly am not seeing them on the network.
Being that it's only 25MB, if you want to up to it something like Mediafire.com, that could help get it circulating.

What is seeding? I sent it to everyone in my email addy list - about 70 people.
Danny, did you see any of my messages about Return to Innocence?

Yes I did and I have since acquired the song. I will be listening to it this weekend and trying to come up with a concept. If you have any suggestions, I am all ears!
Seeding is a term that coincides with downloading torrent files. Torrents are just another way to share files peer to peer.

I sent you a message, through Youtube, with the ideas. If you can't find it, let me (I know you got so many!). I don't think it's good to broadcast creative ideas to the opposition, so I'll re-send the meassage if necessary.

Any chance for an XVID version?
It would play back on slower (and non-Windows) machines better,
and also allows for making versions for things like iPods, PSPs, and cell phones :) Something I used to be into.
"SUPER ©" is good free software for doing this sort of thing on Windows, from what I'm told.
here's my playback report for the .wmv:
on a late 2003 iBook with a 900MHz G3
(I wouldn't want to go much slower, but with this I connect a TV with S-Video cable and play back Battlestar Galactica XVIDs at 30fps in VLC)
quitting other apps, disconnect internet by turning off wi-fi, switching to 640x480 first if it helps, using full screen playback:
VLC - Plays choppily throughout, there are two particularly difficult portions where the video freezes, or worse, when video finally continues it's modifying an i-frame from an earlier scene. The black GI "we're all grieving" is very slow, and the squatting adult & child at a memorial remains on screen while the video "continues", distorting that image.
QuickTime Player w/ Flip4Mac codec, the current MS-recommended way of playing WMV on Macs. -- much better than VLC, still noticeable frame-dropping, especially in the two portions mentioned above, missed some fast jump-cut frames. Plays without bizarre artifacts, anyway.
Windows Media Player 9 (final MS player from 2003, still available here: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=windowsmedia ) - best WMV playback of the options, some frame dropping still noticeable in the slow sections.
MPlayer - hangs on open

Windows Media Player 9 (final MS player from 2003... best WMV playback of the options, some frame dropping still noticeable in the slow sections.
according to WiMP's stats, 4611 frames dropped, 12 fps
Ah. The first time all the way through it, besides the longer-lasting URL, I thought I had noticed the "There's a revolution..." portion being left out this time --oops-- when I let others see the movie this weekend, I'll use the FLV version -- the flashed frames were looking pretty anemic at 12 fps, anyhow :/

How much does 4 1/2 minutes cost on something like the Daily Show, Bill Maher, Letterman, etc? I know this is long but just one showing at te right time could really reach a lot of people.

I am sorry to hear about the playback problems. This version is as high as I can make the resolution without the audio popping and cracking on me and without dropped frames. Not sure why but it probably has something to do with windows movie maker being a crappy program. I have several video format conversion programs and will see what I can do, but that will not be until Tuesday. The full uncompressed AVI was around 1 GB. The video was great but the audio was awful. That is probably because I had to convert the mp3 into a wma so the program wouldn't crash on me.
I tried to convert the wmv into an avi and that program crashed as well. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks, and I will get to work on this as soon as I can.
