I was roller blading at a middle school and a janitor told me to leave and threatened me that he would call the cops. I then asked him for the rule he didn't cite it. A school board legislator who lives across the street from me and who I approached told me to speak to the administration office of the school board. I did and they said the school board could because of insurance policy but this is public property. I know about Michael Badnarik speaking about "rights vs privilages" but should I still go to the school board legislator across the street and if this fails is it time for me to call in the citizen militia? Do I sue the school district for violating both the US and PA Constitution? What do I do?

It's the small stuff that lets government corruption become a daily part of life.

I don't think it is public property in the sense that you can access it at any time.

Public, doesn't really mean public. That is just how they sell it in double speak. What they mean is government property. And the government has right over it. Not you.
You no longer control the government because it has broken the chains of the constitution.
There is a monster on the loose.

It's good practice for when to take on the real tyranny.

Choose your battles wisely this is not worth it. It's like the egotistical bouncer at the club that pushes people around. He is simply an asshole...

Excellent!

To really fuck with them, give them a signed and notarized statement that you absolve them of any and all liability if you get injured. :)
