The rate of sign ups for the CFL has slowed down substantially and we need to pick up the recruitment if we want to meet the goal. Here is an easy way we can do it, but we need people to volunteer for the project:
1. Create a new Facebook account and use a CFL picture like this http://profile.ak.facebook.com/object3/832/56/n48410945326_1050.jpg for your picture or some other Ron Paul picture.
2. Join the Campaign for Liberty Facebook group: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=48410945326&ref=ts
3. Become a supporter of Ron Paul: http://www.facebook.com/ronpaul?ref=ts
4. Click on RP's supporters (91,000+) and friend as many as you can until Facebook messages you to "slow down." You can friend over 1,000 and then come back in 24 hours and do it again.
5. A decent number of RP supporters will accept your friendship (I already have 1,500) and you can then invite them to join the CFL group with a message telling them to sign up at www.CampaignforLiberty.com.
This can be done once a day or you can create multiple accounts (just use gmail or something for the email addresses). The way Facebook is setup, people cannot be invited to a group more than once so we will not have people getting tons of these requests.
This is very easy and you can do it while listening to music, watching TV, or whatever. It will be very helpful in informing people about the campaign and you will also have a friend list built up for any other important things in the future. Please help out with this project and hopefully we will be able to get a boost in sign ups.
