Good stuff.

But Paul's army of online supporters, who've collectively contributed millions of dollars and thousands of hours of volunteering, are still out there

"Says Bob in Clemons, North Carolina: "We need to abolish the Federal Reserve and go back to the gold standard. Not just any gold though, I heard about this stuff, pure-strain gold that has been around since God created the universe. That's what we should base our currency around since it is so close to God."

This outcry by Ron Paul supporters online should have been expected, now what are they going to do with it?

Kind of funny that these two threads were uploaded at the same time and are about the same thing. :D

Classic:

"I'm a little afraid of writing this, as perhaps, I'll be labeled as an 'enemy combatant' and will be whisked away by the [Department of Homeland Security] without the rights previously held by American citizens, but, here goes.... Read The Revolution, by Ron Paul, especially Chapter 2," wrote an anonymous author.

It's a July 16th article ([url=http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/07/disaffected-lib.htmlon Wired.com[/url], at least). So unless you found it somewhere else and can give a link, I don't think so.

I wonder how long it will be before those who signed up start getting "Rah! Rah! Support McCain! Send us money to beat the evil liberals!" emails...

Seriously, man, The Manifesto should be in every hotel in this country, right next to the Bible and the Book of Mormon (I was at a hotel in Boston a couple days ago, and those were in the drawer in the nightstand).

Sounds like a project for the campaign for liberty. it will take some serious cash and logistics to make it happen, but it can be done.
