Some have estimated as few as 2000 people. I think this video shows that there were WAY more than that:).

Is there a part 3 or 4? I was quite a ways back from that mini blimp.

I was there. I was a bit behind the mini blimp.

I had no idea that so many people were in front of me. And behind me, too! Holy crap!

Watch the video- both parts. I'm joking... someone said that CNN reported 500-800.

Yeah, I think people were circulating after passing the camera to the back of the line to make it seem like there were a lot of marchers. ;)

After further review the folks saying 2000-3000 should die. FIRST DOWN, RON PAUL!

Yeah, there was a TON more than 3 grand there...

Ton? Average weight of American ~ 200lbs. So one ton is approximately 10 people.

Therefore, 3010 marcher, that sounds about right.

There was around 10k there, because some people that were marching left and could not go forward (people with little kids, the elderly) - the heat was just to much. Also, there were people along the march route that just held up signs and watched. Some left and didn't come back until around 3:30, when RP was said to start speaking (he didn't until quite a bit later). Some just marched. Some were too busy running around (picking up speakers, going on water runs, etc) to be caught in the action.

Brilliant video to show our magnitude :D Thank you.

I am glad many of you enjoyed my footage. Please pay your respects to Kent Snyder on Thursday. He was the man behind the man.

Great video. Use it to count/estimate and explain others not seen there / marching down the street.

THEN, compare to the MSM coverage and reports on this event. Expose (additional) MSM distortion when reporting "newz" (in this case, about Ron Paul - Liberty movement).

Beautiful! I'm crying right now. (I get so emotional!) Thank you so much for going, all of you. I wish I could have been there.

The thing is, we need to remember the TROLLS who were saying 2500 all day Sunday and Monday. Their intention is to belittle the march, and make the people who couldnt attend disspirited and demoralized. Dont listen to these people.

I was saying 8000+ as often as i could, as i was there, and have exp estimating crowds. Plus, being conservative;) i shaved the number down so i would inflate.

That's what happened to us. At the rally we stood in the shade for a while but couldn't understand a word that any speaker said because of other people talking...we then moved up front into the sun. My daughter looked like she was baking so we finally left. Didn't get to hear Ron Paul.

In retrospect I wish that we would have just gone to some place cool for an hour or two - I think that the lack of sleep, the heat, and the trip clouded my judgment.

I had seen Ron Paul speak before and I thought that it would be OK to watch the conclusion on youtube. I was wrong. I wish that we would have stayed until the end.

It was an awesome event!

What other congressman could do this? This is how PATRIOTS act!!!

My son and I are visible at 7:33 on the lower left carrying white signs with black lettering.

It was wonderful to be part of this.

A thousand thanks to the organizers.

The march route was nearly 1.2 miles, and at one point we stretched almost the entire distance. If there were only 2000 people, then we would have had to be single file, 2.5 feet apart. I think the video easily debunks that. There had to be AT LEAST 8,000 - 12,000 to stretch that far and wide. The people saying a couple thousand couldn't count my change at Wal-Mart!

My estimation is around 10,000 marchers. Many people collapsed from heat exhaustion and had to be treated by our medic team. It was brutally hot! The rally thinned to about 8,000 for most of the day and ended with Ron Paul speaking to about 4-5,000. I can't tell you how proud I am of all the people who showed up.

Thank you very much for that video, I'm spreading it far and wide. Watching that was almost like being there again. I was in the middle of that mob and even I didn't realize how many of us their were until I watched that.

Also, I've been scouring everyone's pictures for even a glimpse of myself. Up until today, no joy. Well...

Everyone should post this everywhere and then challenge McCain's or Obama's supporters to pull something like that off without guidance or money from their official campaigns... Oh wait, if they could, the would have already done it.

I think we all owe a big thank you to gunjin22 for having the presence of mind to videotape the march as it went past... but the video ends around the mini-blimp?

I was a way back behind the mini-blimp, so I'm not even IN the video! Where's the rest?
