Actually, RP is not the only politician to be given the nickname "Dr. No." Oregon's former governor (John Kitzhaber, M.D.), a Democrat, was given the same nickname because he vetoed a lot of bills.

Let's not forget "Tricky Dick" Nixon from the Watergate Scandal era. Then "Fred Flinstone" Ford (he was famous for tripping over his own two feet). Then Mr. Peanut Jimmy Carter, along with Peanut Brain and a few other choice nicknames in reference to his peanut farm in Georgia, Ronald Reagan was the Gipper from one of the movies he made back during his film career, he was a far better President than he was an actor.

I have heard several derrogatory names used in reference to the presidential candiadtes with my favorites being "Herr Hellary" and "Heil Hellary!" which I think sums up her socialist political platform quite accurately.
