My question is, if I change my party from republican to libertarian and vote for you, what will you do as our congressman for the officers of the city of Syracuse?

This is the mindset here in the States that must be changed. We have to stop expecting our Representatives to do things, or get things, for whatever group you happen to be a member of. They are there to safeguard the Constitution and make sure you have a voice in government, not to get you free stuff.
