Alright, here's what you do.

GO out and fundraise for and educate people about the CFL and collect money on the clock. Give it to these people you are working for.

On the one hand, people will be giving money to the wrong cause, but that is going to happen anyway. On the other hand, at least you will be educating people about reality instead of fiction.

And for $300 a week? Jesus Christ. Is that even above minimum wage? I mean MAYBE I could understnad you doing this if you got like $1000/week, but $300??? You could work as a fry cook at McDonalds and make that much money.

I hope you kids enjoy the draft that Obama is going to have and hope the memories that you helped this man get elected, will offer you solace as you are shipped off to war. ;)

Who was the person silly enough to put a hammer next to old electronics?

If I ever figure out where you live, Joe, it'll be the hammer I bring. :)

Edit: **Bring to show you the markings on the hammer to prove that this event occurred over a friendly chat.

Yes. Mark my words. He certainly will. That and induct you into involuntary servitude. Tell me, why do you think he wants to swell the numbers in our military?

His service plan would:

Expand the network of local, state and national service programs known as AmeriCorps from 75,000 to 250,000 slots and double the size of the Peace Corps by 2011 with the goal of strengthening diplomacy. The larger AmeriCorps would aim to "meet national goals like providing health care and education, saving our planet and restoring our standing in the world."

Extend service jobs and opportunities to retirees, veterans and people without college degrees, getting them involved in work such as cleaning polluted areas and weatherizing homes to "gain skills in a growing industry."

Complete expansion of the armed forces to increase ground forces by 65,000 soldiers and 27,000 Marines and "call on a new generation of Americans to join our military."

Make sure students from high school to college have opportunities to contribute so they could graduate with as many as 17 weeks of service. Middle school and high school students would be asked to perform 50 hours per year; college students, 100 hours per year.

Expand USA Freedom Corps using an online social network system similar to what his campaign created.

Even Ron Paul has pushed for more troops; it doesn't mean he will instate a draft. The whole idea is simply laughtable.

Obama is hardly a marxist. He's a socialist. I'm a social libertarian. 'nough said.

*sigh*

extremists...there everywhere.

Being a socialist does not make you a communist. Theres a BIG fucking difference. Hell there are major differences WITHIN the levels of socialism and communism to consider.

Grouping every single person who doesnt agree with you into this big COMMIE RED BASTARD group is stupid and neanderthal; americans have moved past it. It's mcarthism at its surface; and inability to comprehend different political movements and theologies at its core. Its essentially the same collectivism that libertarians argue so greatly against.
