View Full Version : Be Wary of Wonktards

Please be wary of people who may instigate and agitate and try to get you to do something violent while pretending to be one of you. They plan to be drunk and on drugs.

We always knew they were crazy but now we know they are addicts and derelicts so please be careful.

This website's obsession with Paul supporters (which make THEM the Paultards) means you are doing something right.

And they are capable of doing anything.

You're absolutely right Gunny. I took one for the team, so to speak (and because my curiosity about stupid stuff can often outweigh my common sense,) and I clicked on it. I copied and pasted so others can be aware that they will be watched at the march and there will likely be a follow-up "article" to make us look like freaks. Apparently they're too cowardly to make fun of Obama or McCain.

Here it is:

Your Exciting Preview Of The Ron Paul March On D.C.!

The only worthwhile event in Washington all summer is finally happening this weekend: The R[EVOL]UTION MARCH, in support of failed presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul, in which he will be joining the most Paultarded of Paultards in a march along Constitution Ave. — that, my friends, is not an accident — to the Capitol, which they will firebomb with flaming crossbows. We will proudly be attending this Saturday. Details!

The fun begins at 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning, according to the official website, on the Ron Paul Blimp (the Washington Monument — it’s a spaceship):

We will be promoting this as a family event. We will be assembling to March at the Northeast Quadrant of the Washington Monument and marching down Constitution Ave. toward our rallying point at the West Side of Capitol Hill. A fun idea is to have people dressed colonial style, and also dressed as our Founding Fathers, to lead the march. We hope to have Dr. Paul lead us in the march. We intend to wave posters of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, along with various other related banners and signs. We plan to pass out pocket copies of the Constitution and to hopefully organize a picket in front of the Federal Reserve Building at the same time as the March.

Please GOD.

You can volunteer to be a Marshal, too! Don’t forget your chant sheet:

Marshals might want to bring:

* A pad and pen.
* A pocket map of D.C.
* A bullhorn if you happen to have one.
* A wristwatch.
* The event schedule.
* “Chant” sheet.

Alas:

What nobody should bring.

The many security agencies in DC take their jobs very seriously. We don’t want any weapons or anything that might be used as a weapon. This includes but is not limited to:

* Firearms.
* Knives worn ourside your clothing.
* Sign-posts made out of wood or metal (use cardboard tubes instead).
* Glass or metal containers. Plastic bottles only.
* Beach umbrellas or shade tents (parasols are OK).
* Alcohol.

Goddamnit. Wonkette videographer Liz Glover and I will be attending (Oh, Liz, I need to e-mail you — there’s this Paultard March in D.C. on Saturday and we should probably go), and we have no intention of going sober. So if you’re also insane want to get shitfaced with Liz and me at like 9 a.m. Saturday morning, and either there is some bar open at 9 a.m. or you have a house to offer, please let us know (jim@wonkette.com) and we can have a full-fledged Wonkette Party. Then we can go to the March and pass out in Ron Paul’s arms (or just vomit and see Wall-E or something).

Here is a pirated version of Wall-E:

Here are some funny comments from the article...

I guess it’s time to run off some T-shirts of Ludwig Von Mises rolling a fattie and earn a little $$$. I wonder if there’s still time to get some Ron Paul blimp baloons made?

OMG, Paultards actually do what they do without alcohol. That amazes me.

[Brandon's Note: not me]

The eight of them marching down the street will be a sight to behold, for sure.

I seriously don't understand what drives these people. They're pretty malicious, and they remind me of a mob of dull grade school jocks who band together and pick on the smart kid for fun. Something is clearly missing in their lives for them to spend so much time blindly lashing out at us. It makes me think of a quote from King Theoden in the Two Towers movie, "What can men do against such reckless hate?" If they spent half as much time thinking critically about their (and our) political views as they did antagonizing people, they'd realize who the real "tards" are.

Anyway...I guess anyone going to the march should be on the lookout for both agent provocateurs AND ordinary run-of-the-mill assholes.

...and seriously, who the hell names their site "wonkette?" The very name just screams out "dainty female wanker" to me. Anyone else?

Pretty pathetic bunch, it might be best to just ignore them. I doubt a single one of them will show up anyways.

I seriously don't understand what drives these people.

Reading the comments there reminded me of the lyrics from a certain song (http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/disturbed/haunted.html):

"A maniacal unit of sub-human parasites
Warped into a feeding frenzy at the smell of fresh blood
Open your eyes and see the creatures for what they are
A swirling mess of hatred and envy"

What the hell is a wonktard?

A regular poster on the trash website Wonkette.com.

I think these people are in for a bit of a shock when there are 25,000+ pro-Constitution Ron Paul supporters marching on July 12th and their little Wonktardish get-together brings in about eighteen people.

I seriously don't understand what drives these people.

Their style of snarky cynicism, while it can be amusing, is self-destructive. It slowly rots them out. They create a self-image based on the denial of value in anything but the implication they can't escape is that they also must have no value. What remains is cold, empty and alienated. And the sight of someone who believes in something of value infuriates them because it reminds them of what they have lost.

Have compassion. There might be part of them that is looking for an excuse to join us.

See you on Saturday!!!

Alex Jones is also a reptilian, we work hand in hand with Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin to brainwash you into thinking libertarianism is... libertarianism. However, it isn't because you haven't been wearing your tinfoil hats, you naughty children... We've tampered with your brain so that when we are pushing statism, you think we're pushing libertarianism. Apparently they were so drunk and drugged up they lost their way and only about 10 of them made it there.

But, then again, did anyone think you could run such a vacuous website as Wonkette and NOT be drunk or on drugs while writing those totally useless and mindless articles that waste the vast amount of bandwidth there?

Who knew.

I had a fantastic time at the march & rally!! I did witness some "Wonktard" like behavior though, unfortunately. A fat, drunk shirtless guy who had campaign buttons on his skin (???) stood near me at the left end of the stage, constantly yelling out rambling, incoherent agreements with the speakers, but making it difficult for people around him to hear the speakers, even after everyone around him constantly told him to shut up! And, he even did it during Ron Paul's speech. I was livid! He was the most obnoxious drunkard that I've ever seen in my life, and I've been to plenty of college football games, rock concerts, etc.

I was next to a guy who kept screaming "Dr. PAUL!! Dr. PAUL!!" because he wanted Dr. Paul to talk to him. He was sort of arguing with some of the marshalls, and was trying to talk everyone around him into demanding Dr. Paul's presence. He said stuff like, "Come on, guys, if you want Dr. Paul over here, you've got to help me!" I really wanted to talk to Ron Paul, but I wasn't about to demand that he come over to our group. I thought it was bad enough that this 72-year-old man was standing patiently in the heat, signing books and talking to people before he had even given his speech.

I lurve the good doctor!! :D

I don't know if our Marshal Kat identified the Wonktard, but we did see one guy that was disruptive beyond the point of political statement.

After he fell over a young lady and almost kicked her young toddler over we decided to take action. Hey, if you want to be a jerk, be a jerk but don't start knocking over our women and children.

Send this message to every Wonktard on every board: you were and are welcome among us to express your st Amendment rights to free speech, but where we have entered into agreement with our brothers and sisters in uniform to hold a family oriented event, that is exactly what we're gonna do and your drunk, violent, aggressive and boisterous editor was watched and handled with all care despite the fact that you were being violent and aggressive. So rather than directly accuse you of inciting violence, premeditated violence, and rather than tell you our continuing response, perhaps we should get together for ice cream in a neutral territory. And I don't mind saying that you should send your women to negotiate because your "braves" were not all that impressive.

We got 10,000 real men over here. Your women must be bored of you.

Ladies, we got 10,000 real men who mean what they say and say what they mean. We all make money, we're not on welfare. Ditch the Wonktard lazy-assed hippy and get with a real man.

How you like that Wonkette? Hear me Wonkette? Hey Wonkette editor, was that you we packaged for transport? How do you like being humbled Mr. Wonkette editor? You really did your people proud by falling over a young lady and her toddler. Go brag about this on your blogs. You endangered a female and one of our children. And you are on the list.

Big, bald, fat guy, drunk as hell, endangering a family event. Good job Wonkette. I suppose that you are proud of yourselves Wonkette. let it be known, we will never again allow you to endanger our women and our children. Would it were different, we would have protected your right to free speech and we would have babysitted your kids in the best of care and we don't care whether you agree with us or not.

That's all I can say. I'm full of rage at you. You allowed your personal grip with us to endanger our women and children.

Say this to the Wonktards because I can't keep a civil tongue any longer.

only speak the Peace and no delay and

anytime our freedoms are in threat, try to knock it
anytime our people are in motion, here to rock it
Gotta go, gotta go, you can try and beat me with your bat

That was a strange incident. Capitol Hill Police initially told me "that guy has to go. No profanity" and I just looked at the guy. I mean, by what authority do I take action? What gives me the right to tell some guy he can't say what he wants at a FREEDOM rally? And what am I supposed to do about it anyways? Make the guy disappear? I'm like, see my shirt? It says R3VOlUTION MARSHAL not "law enforcement officer".

Regardless, a massive effort then ensues to locate and monitor the guy as the cop says he's gonna go talk to his captain. I'm like "yeah, maybe that's a good idea". And word comes back that "we'll consider this protected free speech".

Oh reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally?????? Gee, what a concept! I mean, you'd almost think this thing is about the CONSTITUTION or something.

Those cops were great. Total professionals. But cops are funny sometimes. You have to understand the mentality. But because of our patriotism and good nature and friendly spirits, we got to bend the rules not once, not twice but....pretty much repeatedly throughout the event.

So congrads people. You demonstrated to law enforcement in our nation's capitol that we can be trusted. Even if we're boisterous and exhuberant and occasionally....crass, we're good and responsible people. Who can party their asses off.
