You truly mean the Israeli Affairs Committee, right? lol

here today's July 9, 2008, Foreign Affairs Committee meeting:

U.S. POLICY TOWARD IRAN HEARING: House Foreign Affairs Committee holds a hearing entitled “U.S. Policy Toward Iran.” Under Secretary for Political Affairs, State Department William Burns is scheduled to testify.

Here's William Burns Transcript from 2006 ... reported by the CFR!

Interesting, I did find in the search, this newspaper article about the worst American President in History (Woodrow Wilson):
May 26, 1920, Wednesday

WASHINGTON, May 25--The House Foreign Affairs Committee will meet tomorrow to consider President Wilson's request that he be given authority by Congress to accept a mandate over Armenia.
