Obama will connect to the youth of the world! LOL!

On a serious note, its interesting that on several countries he ties with Obama, but only in France he gets more than 5 votes over Obama.

Why do people like Obama? He is the exact same as everyone else, just with less experience. Is it solely because he is black?

It's because CNN said he had a lot of "Buzzz" last year which made people think he's cool. Propaganda-generated buzz brought to you by CNN is more like it.

He is less warhawk-ish than hillary. But since his pakistan talk, not so much anymore.

He's young and fresh. Charisma alone is supposed to carry him.

it's not particularly accurate it seems to me because anyone can choose any country....I mean how else can you explain a vote for Tom Tancredo from Qatar, unless that vote comes from an idiot American soldier on our military base there. :mad:

It's the Media- Barack Obama is mentioned at least 100 times in international media in comparison with Ron Paul.

Take BBC News- BBC News mentions Ron Paul 3 times. In comparison, Barack Obama is mentioned 140 times.

It might be that people in other countries that haven't heard much about the candidates just pick the one with the Arabic-looking name, assuming he's less likely to keep up the attack on Muslim countries.

Wow, Israel is the least friendly towards Ron Paul out of all the countries. Not too surprising.

I wrote a 'thank you' to the person who created this poll. He responded with the following:

Thank you very very much;

Just some inside information. I'm going to be reviewing all the votes and making a little report on it at the beginning of next week.

Total votes, per continent, per language, and how many people CHANGED the country they're from (from the GEO IP software that guesses the country they're from)

Thank you for your work. I know a lot of the traffic is coming from forums, so I'm very glad there's people like you out there.

Any kind of discussions I can help promote about the future president of the US (where I live) is good news.
